Welcome to Client Verification. By accessing or using our SaaS platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Client Verification. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Client Verification provides a centralized dashboard to manage vendored accounts, monitor external APIs, and track software licenses. The Services are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities and Security

As a user of a security-oriented platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and multi-factor authentication methods.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will not use the platform to store or manage illegal, unauthorized, or maliciously obtained credentials.
• You must immediately notify Client Verification of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Beyond the personal data and credentials you own, the Services and their entire contents, features, functionality (including but not limited to all software, displays, capabilities, and design) are owned by Client Verification and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. API and License Management Limitations

While our platform interacts with third-party APIs and services, Client Verification is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of those external services. Overages, account suspensions, or rate-limiting enforced by third-party vendors remain the sole responsibility of the user, despite our monitoring capabilities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Client Verification, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, lost profit, or other damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Client Verification is established. Client Verification and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
